Please read these carefully as they form part of the contract between us.
Your accommodation includes an en-suite bedroom, breakfast and parking on the premises for your vehicle. The price includes central heating When required , tea/coffee facilities, television and hairdryer in your room, and use of the residents lounge, including books, games and television.
We accept provisional bookings by telephone, post or email. To secure a booking we need to receive either a cheque for £15.00 per person or a credit card number, start and expiry date. No charge is made to your card account until the date of your visit, except in circumstances shown below.
No deposit is required for children under 16 years.
The balance of your payment is to be made not later than the morning of departure. We accept cash, cheques and most major credit cards. (excluding AmEx). We do not accept travellers cheques or holiday company vouchers. The person confirming the booking is responsible for paying all monies due (unless prior arrangements have been made).
In the event of a cancellation of less than 48 hours notice we reserve the right to charge for the first nights accommodation. Should your visit be cut short, for whatever reason, it is normal policy to charge for the length of stay originally booked. Every effort would be made to re-let the room and if this occurred after your departure, you would be refunded accordingly.
We will do our best to provide a very high standard of accommodation. If your stay with us is disrupted through error or omission on our part, we will compensate you appropriately. This will be limited to a maximum of one nights accommodation for each person affected.
As a courtesy to our guests we try to be flexible in accommodating your needs and will respond positively to any reasonable request such as early or late arrival, early breakfast, drying facilities, cycle storage etc. There will be no additional charge for these services. We cannot however guarantee to provide these services and no compensation will be due if we are unable to offer them.
We have no safe deposit and cannot be responsible for any property lost, stolen or damaged on our premises except by our own negligence. We also cannot accept responsibility for your vehicles whilst parked on our premises.
Please note there is no lift so when booking please specify if you require 1st or 2nd floor. should you want to dine in the restaurant please either e mail or telephone and make a reservation.
